I consulted with Director Jo. The doctor was kind and gave a thorough consultation. However, the staff were really, really unfriendly.. I had gone there for a consultation, but they confused me with someone who had the same name as me and directed me to the place where stitches were being removed. When I looked confused, they burst out laughing.. They made a mistake themselves and didn't even apologize, which was very unpleasant. The people at the counter were also busy chatting among themselves. My satisfaction after seeing the doctor dropped straight down because of the staff.
