I had a consultation with Director Jo, and the doctor was kind and very thorough in the consultation. However, the staff were really, really rude.. I had gone there for a consultation, but they confused me with someone who had the same name as me and guided me to the stitch-removal room, then burst out laughing when I looked confused.. They made a mistake and didn't even apologize, so I felt really bad. The people at the counter were also busy chatting among themselves. The good feeling I had after seeing the doctor dropped straight down after seeing the staff.
