I wanted to make my facial contour smooth, but I was scared of cutting bone, so I went for a consultation because I was curious whether it could be handled with soft tissue. As a result, full-face fat grafting was suggested, and I was also told that dark circles would improve with fat repositioning under the eyes. It was good that the doctor often checked the facial fat and the color of my dark circles and explained things thoroughly. The cases were also neat, but at the time I did not know and was not told about the risk that fat grafting could decrease in the future, so I am still considering surgery.
