I went for a consultation because I wanted to make my contours smoother but was afraid of cutting bone, so I was curious whether something could be done with soft tissue instead. In the end, full-face fat grafting was suggested, and they also said under-eye fat repositioning could improve dark circles. I liked that the doctor often checked the fat in my face and the color of my dark circles and taught me carefully. The case examples were clean too, but because I did not know at the time and was not told about the future risk of fat grafting decreasing, I am still considering the surgery.
