<Natural nose, front><Natural nose, side><Surgical nose, front><Surgical nose, side>After<After removal, front>After<After removal, side>I’m going to try writing a removal review. Please understand that I’m not good at writing.
Two years ago, I didn’t know anything and got obsessed with plastic surgery, so I impulsively had surgery at the second clinic where I had a consultation. Back then, I never even thought about things like side effects; I thought that if I just had surgery, I’d keep that look until I died. As far as I know, the materials were 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. I guess I’ll know the exact details next week.
After surgery, I didn’t really have inflammatory side effects, but my skin is very thin, so the ear cartilage showed through, and the silicone showed horizontally across the bridge of my nose from the front. That stressed me out, so I decided to have surgeryㅜ
For the removal clinic, I had a consultation at one place I found through a community, and it seemed good, so I had it done there right away. I have a baby, and I wanted to do it before COVID spread more.. When I went for the consultation, I was really worried about whether my nose would lift up, collapse, or contract, but the director said none of that would happen at all.. lol He spoke so confidently that I felt embarrassed for worrying, so I think that’s why I chose it right away. The director was saying he didn’t understand why people scare patients so much.. lol The consultant was also kind.. and because they told me things as they were, I think I felt more certain. After setting the surgery date, time felt like it moved so slowlyㅜ On the day of surgery, I went a little earlier than the time they told me to come. I changed clothes, washed my face, disinfected my mouth.. I lay down, got an IV, and they disinfected my whole face. I was so scared.. lol Right before anesthesia, I was nervous and had my eyes wide open staring at the director, so he comforted me and told me not to be nervous, and then I fell asleep like that lol After that, when I opened my eyes, the surgery was in progress, and because I was curious, I kept opening my eyes. They told me to close my eyes because it was dangerous, so I squeezed my eyes shut and had the surgery lololol After the surgery ended, I was in the recovery room, and the director came and briefly explained what had been inside, said the surgery went well, told me I did a good job, and comforted me before I went home.
A week later, after removing the splint and stitches, I looked at the face I’d been curious about ... lololol The sense of loss was huge.. But it really went exactly back to my pre-surgery nose. Maybe it looks a little higher because of swelling..? Anyway, now that everything is removed, it does feel refreshing.
Ah, this post is all over the place. Anyway, what I felt after nose surgery and removal surgery is that even if it’s ugly, what’s mine is best.. lol If my daughter grows up later and says she wants surgery, I’ll stop her even if I have to shave all her hair off. That’s how much I feel the nose really shouldn’t be touched..
That was my one-week review. Ah, the photos are old, so they’re a bit blurry. Please understandㅜㅜ (The photos came out too big. It’s overwhelming.)
