I only went for a consultation because of a scar, but they explained everything in detail, so I did not feel like the consultation fee was wasted. They answered as many questions as possible, and after the consultation with the director, the coordinator? showed similar cases and told me roughly how the results might turn out, which I liked. I recommend going if you are worried about a scar.
