There was no unnecessary upselling and no promotion of implants either. They just told me the pros and cons, and honestly the surgery itself went really well. Every time I went, the director checked my progress, and I liked that they were straightforward. As for why the expected score for the surgery is 4 points, it is because the feeling when lying down was not good.. No matter what implant you use, a firm feeling when lying down is unavoidable, but if I had known that, I would have thought about it a bit more..
