At previous plastic surgery clinics, they told me it was pseudo-ptosis and that the eyelid skin, rather than fat, had sagged, but here they said it was true ptosis, so I needed eye correction. And when I asked about the information I had researched, they said I’d looked into a lot, but that I had found incorrect information. Then when I asked if I could see before-and-after photos even for just the eyes, they said that would violate the Personal Information Protection Act and, in a curt tone, asked if I would show them in my position, which felt a bit off.
