Both the manager and the director were kind. I had the surgery under local anesthesia, and the anesthetic injection felt a bit like getting alar botox.. I was crying without even realizing it. Later on, the anesthesia wore off and I could feel the suturing. I just recommend paying a bit more and getting sleep anesthesia..
