I had surgery in 2020. It was mouth corner lifting, but a deep scar and wrinkle in the shape of a ' > < ' inequality sign formed and never went away. (I received every scar-care treatment from that clinic and applied scar ointment for a long time and properly.) The philtrum was also sutured so that it shifted to one side. I even consulted with the head doctor, but all the doctors said the surgery was successful. They also did not remove the stitches properly, so after a long time I had to ask them to take them out.
