Eight years ago, in 2015, when I was in middle school, I wanted double eyelid surgery, so I only consulted at the hospital near my house and had the surgery there. I wanted an in-out line, but on the day of surgery they said it would probably not look good if they did an in-out line, so they would proceed with an inline, and I said okay, but I do regret it a bit. Since it was a surgery I had when I was young and without information, after the surgery I didn’t like the line and thought about revision surgery for about two years. Still, after the surgery, I was occasionally told my eyes were pretty, and unless I said something, most people couldn’t tell I had surgery because it looks so natural. That said, if I get the chance later, I’d like to have revision surgery. And never get a back canthoplasty. It doesn’t work and it comes back.
