I had a consultation for lower blepharoplasty and brow lift at Liting Plastic Surgery, and in one word it felt too commercial. I never even got to meet the doctor who would actually perform the surgery, and the consultation was only with the manager, which left a bad impression. The hospital facilities were fine.
