I went for a consultation last month because of lower eyelid repositioning. First of all, they are extremely curt. As soon as you go in, they speak in a very mechanical tone and explain things while showing photos on the computer like a robot with a manual. But they seem to just memorize very standardized explanations (I think it may be because they consult with so many people) and barely listen to the patient at all, only keep explaining.
