It was a place I visited after a recommendation from an acquaintance. The day before the consultation and on the day itself, I received confirmation calls. When I visited the clinic on time, they checked my reservation and then additionally confirmed the basic details. After waiting briefly, I immediately had a consultation with the consultant. The consultant I had the consultation with was truly kind, and their handwriting was really pretty. The director looked a little tired, but they tended to answer questions well.
