Advantages: There is very little swelling, it doesn't show, and it looks natural. Recovery is much faster than with open rhinoplasty, and after the cotton inside the nose is removed, you can go about daily life.
Disadvantages: Satisfaction is too low. To put it nicely, it means the surgery doesn't look obvious at all and looks natural; to put it badly, it feels like the surgery wasn't fully done and the improvement is not very great. The nose still looks too thick. Most of the counseling manager and front-desk staff are fairly kind, but there is one staff member who feels unusually unfriendly. I think there was a CT machine, but I didn't get scanned. They say they do virtual plastic-surgery simulation with Photoshop, but I didn't get that either; and the director is not particularly kind. He doesn't really explain the surgery well or anything like that lol. After surgery, even if you personally mention dissatisfaction or concerns about a certain part, he says things like, 'I think it turned out fine?', and does not accept the patient's opinion. He seems to casually switch between informal and polite speech with patients in their early twenties, which doesn't feel good. The director's way of speaking and responding really needs improvement. I don't think this is a surgery worth paying that much for. In the end, I had surgery because I hated how thick my nose looked from the front, but aside from a slight correction of the hooked tip, nothing changed.
