Review of non-incisional lower canthoplasty

I don’t even remember the consultant’s name, but she was very kind and pretty. The director just didn’t seem to examine that meticulously. I booked surgery for the same day (I regret doing that now, but at the time I didn’t know about this community), and had it done for 400,000 won including VAT. For anesthesia, they told me to pay 100,000 won more for sedation anesthesia, so I just didn’t pay and did it under local anesthesia. If I were to do it again now, hmm,,, I think I’d choose sedation. Before that, I had done my nose and had a bad experience because the silicone implant was inserted too high, so I asked them to lower my eyes naturally. I shouldn’t have done that then I didn’t know back then how strongly non-incisional + lower canthoplasty tends to recover back Immediately after surgery, it looked like it had gone down but also like it hadn’t?, only to a level that only I could tell, and of course I wanted them to lower it more. My boyfriend who went with me couldn’t even tell what had changed at all. So right after surgery I had a consultation with the consultant, and the consultant said it did seem to have gone down, but since I was dissatisfied, they would check my progress after a week and do it again. So I went to the hospital a week later, and after the doctor saw me, they said it had already been lowered enough, and if they lowered it more from there, I would get scleral show,,, So in the end, I couldn’t get revision surgery. Oh right, for the surgery, maybe because I had had under-eye aegyo filler before, the anesthetic injection hurt just about as much as I expected, but the process of pulling the flesh, tying the thread, and slightly cauterizing was so chilling. I really don’t want to do local anesthesia ever again. And now, 1 year later,, it has reattached. There is no difference from before I did it On top of that, it is asymmetrical, with the left eye lower and the right eye higher. My outer eye corners are not extremely upturned, so rather than just lowering the outer corners to a normal level, I want them lowered so that anyone can see they are slightly droopy, like puppy eyes. So now I’m searching this community, Babitalk, Goodoc, Gangnam Unni, Google, and Naver again looking for lower canthoplasty. I really regret it, and the satisfaction only lasted briefly. If I have surgery this time, I’m going to tell the director that even if I get scleral show, I wear 13.6~13.7 lenses every day anyway so it doesn’t matter, and to lower them very firmly and excessively so that anyone can see my eyes protrude, and make me look like a puppy. I’m fine even if it looks unnatural when I smile. I even like that unnatural feeling when smiling. That’s how much I want to have droopy, gentle puppy-like eyes. And anyway, when I searched, it seems that with non-incisional or micro-incisional lower canthoplasty, you have to overcorrect at first. They say 100 out of 100 cases, the eyes rise back up compared with immediately after surgery. I hope everyone keeps this in mind when getting surgery and gets the eyes they want.
