I got it done during winter break in my senior year of high school without really knowing anything, but my double eyelid came undone less than a year after the surgery. I even had revision surgery by incision only on the left side at the same hospital, but it just left a scar and came undone again after 4 months? almost just 3 months. Now it’s obvious to anyone that my double eyelid has come undone. I also had epicanthoplasty at that time, and I was left with epicanthoplasty scars (not needle-mark scars). The inner corner of my left eye is slightly white, and there are round bumps like warts at the inner corners of both eyes. I’ve tried keloid injections for this too, but they had no effect. But from the start, the dermatologist who gave me the injections also said they might not work. My quality of life has really dropped, and I can’t make eye contact with people.
