I heard a lot that they were cold and chic, so I was nervous, but they explained things better than I expected, so it was fine. I went because I had heard they were good at surgery, and I went to have surgery. I was satisfied with their skill after the operation. Since being good at surgery comes first, I am satisfied. If you're looking for a doctor who is good at surgery, I think even moderate friendliness is fine.
