The consultation manager seems to have a bright, good way of speaking, but what they say could feel a little unpleasant. If they did not have such a bright tone, the listener might feel bad. The manager was bright, so I felt comfortable, and the doctor... this and this. Just speaking in a formulaic way and ending there. It was a place where the 10,000 won consultation fee really felt wasteful. If I try to think of it positively, it felt very routine, like "I am the expert in this!" but when you ask questions, it feels like they are bothered. Well, kindness does not necessarily correlate with surgical skill, so I am still thinking about it.
