The consultation manager seems to speak brightly and in a nice way, but what she says could also come across as a little unpleasant. If the tone were not bright, the listener might feel bad. Because the manager was cheerful, I felt comfortable, and the doctor was... just said this and that and finished. It was a place where the 10,000 won consultation fee really felt wasted. If I try to think positively, it felt very routine, like, "This is my specialty!" but when I asked questions, it felt like they were annoyed. Of course, kindness does not necessarily correlate with surgical skill, so I am still deciding.
