I'm a man in my twenties. I went in for a consultation because I wanted to raise my nose a bit and reduce its width. Looking at my nose from my perspective, the horizontal length seemed a bit long from below, so they said it would be good to reduce that, and since the bridge? was already high, it would be good to tie the cartilage on both sides of the nose with threads to narrow it. The doctor explained everything clearly and kindly in detail. At other clinics, the doctors said to use septal cartilage to raise the nose a bit, but this doctor was the only one who suggested narrowing it by tying it with threads.
