It was not bad. The director is confident and kind. This was the first clinic where I got a CT scan and saw the size of my septum. They said they might use ear cartilage, and I liked that they only took the surgery fee without any app reviews.... But since there were so few reviews, I was honestly worried, so in the end I did not have the surgery.
