I only had nose tip surgery without an implant. Since they only tied the cartilage to raise the tip of the nose, it falls short of my expectations, but there is still some change. After the nose surgery, scar tissue formed, but they provided follow-up care. The doctor is generally kind and seems to adjust to the style the patient wants.
