Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> I had my nose operated on 10 years ago with septal cartilage + silicone, and at the end of February 2020 I had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage + silicone + ear cartilage + alar reduction. The surgery was completed safely, and since my nose had been short and upturned, I felt relieved because the nasal tip shape seemed to have come down a lot. But I’m upset because my nose still seems to have that characteristically blunt and broad shape. My nostrils are uneven too..-_- During the consultation, I was told they would do osteotomy, but when I asked after surgery, they said they didn’t Why didn’t they do it... Is it okay for the surgery to be performed differently from the surgical method I was told during consultation? I’m the type whose swelling goes down very slowly, so I invested a month of time and paid as much as 5.2 million won, but I’m not 100% satisfied. Looks like I’m headed for a third surgery..
