For swelling management, I go three times every week, and they even told me I could come every day if I wanted, encouraging me to come often. They spoke kindly during the consultation, and after reading the booklet they gave me, I thought about it several times before booking the surgery. They never pressured me to do it, and they recommended reading the booklet first.
