Both the consultation manager and the director were kind and carefully helped with the consultation. It felt like they were doing a tailored consultation for the surgery the patient needed. The incision area is small, so I do not have to worry about elbow scars, which is nice. They say retouching is possible for one year, but... it is better if it works well the first time. Nobody decides to have surgery because they want another revision later, so I am still thinking...
