I only went for a rhinoplasty consultation, but they recommended a lot of additional things like noble surgery, cat surgery? septal extension, and so on,, Also, they seem to do a lot to the nose and have a style that brings the columella down a lot. When you don't know anything, if they say they'll do this and that to your nose, you don't know what it means and just say yes, yes, but people who know will know. The more you touch, the harder it is to operate later if you don't like the shape or need revision surgery because of inflammation.. Go there if you want a big, dramatic nose.
