I went only for a nose surgery consultation, but they strongly recommended ancillary procedures too, like paranasal augmentation, cat-eye surgery?, and septal extension. They also tend to work on the nose quite a lot and remove a lot from the columella. When you don’t know anything and they say, “We’ll do this and that to the nose,” you might just say yes without really understanding, but people who know will know. The more they change it, the harder it is to revise later if you don’t like the shape or if you get inflammation.. Go here if you want a big, flashy nose.
