This was the first place I went as soon as I started visiting clinics. First of all, the director was very kind, and when I said I’d brought a question list, he smiled and told me I could ask anything. That really boosted my sense of familiarity and trust. The consultation manager also felt like someone who only wanted to tell me the facts, not someone trying to sell me something. And when they told me I didn’t have to come to their clinic, but that I should avoid clinics that talk about autologous rib or donor rib for a first surgery, my trust went up again. But I’m not sure about the surgery expectations. I think they’d do it safely, but that’s about it. I wasn’t sure whether I’d be able to get the shape I wanted in terms of design. And I also felt disappointed because I didn’t get a proper explanation of my nose.
