This was the very first place I went when I started visiting hospitals in person. First of all, the director was very kind, and when I said I had brought a written list of questions, they smiled and said I could ask anything. My sense of closeness and trust definitely went up then. The consultation manager also did not feel like they were just trying to sell me more things; they seemed to speak only in facts. And they even told me that I did not have to come to their hospital, but to avoid places that talk about autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage for a first surgery, which increased my trust even more. But I am not sure what to expect from the surgery. I think they will do it safely, but that is about it. I do not know whether I will be able to get the exact shape I want in terms of design. And I was disappointed because I did not really get a proper explanation about my nose.
