Both the director and the consultation manager were kind. They even made jokes to help me relax, which was nice. I went in knowing the doctor was an otolaryngology specialist, but the consultation was much more detailed about aesthetics than function. They had a lot of confidence in creating good lines. The estimate was reasonable, and the inside facilities I saw while going in for the CT scan were clean, so I had a good impression.
