The director and the consultation manager were both kind. They even threw out jokes to help me relax, which was nice. I went in knowing they were ENT specialists, but they gave much more detailed consultation about aesthetics than about function. They were full of confidence about making a good line. The quote was reasonable, and even the inner facilities I saw while going in for the CT scan were clean, so I had a good impression.
