I had seen a lot of posts saying the staff were rude, so I was wondering about that, but I did not feel that the manager or the people at the counter were rude. It was just so-so... I made a reservation because of the surgery fee difference if I booked on the same day, and although it was clearly my choice, I still felt like I had been forced into making a reservation hahaha. But honestly, I do not really understand the places where the manager draws a line and asks how it looks. They are not the one performing the surgery, so why do it...? The surgeon consultation was good because he explained what I was curious about in an easy-to-understand way. But the cost, after-service, and follow-up care were not that appealing compared to other places. I just made a reservation because I wanted to trust the surgeon and have the surgery.
