Maybe because I had seen many posts saying the staff were rude, I expected that, but I did not feel that the manager or the people at the counter were rude. Just so-so... I made a reservation on the same day because of the surgery fee difference, and although it was clearly my choice, I still felt a strong sense of being forced into it lololol. But honestly, I do not understand places where the manager draws the line and asks what I think. It is not their own surgery, so why do that... The consultation with the director was good, and they explained my questions in a way that was easy to understand. But the cost, aftercare, and post-service were not that satisfying compared with other places. I just booked because I wanted to have surgery with trust in the director.
