I went for a consultation because a friend had nose surgery at Item. The hospital was really big. There were a lot of people waiting too. The director looked at my nose and photos, and told me which parts were needed and that alar reduction definitely wasn't necessary. Since this was my second consultation, I asked things I couldn't ask the first time, and he answered kindly, which was nice. I was nervous because it was such a big hospital, but everyone was kind and it was a good consultation.
