My friend got nose surgery at Item, so I went for a consultation. The hospital was really big. There were a lot of people waiting too. The director looked at my nose and the photos and told me what was necessary, and said that alar reduction was not absolutely necessary. This was my second consultation, so I asked about things I could not ask during the first one, and they answered kindly, which was nice. I was nervous because it was such a big hospital, but everyone was kind and it was a good consultation.
