Because I live in the provinces, it's not easy to go up to Seoul, but even over the phone they were kind, which was nice. Honestly, even when I went for the consultation I knew it was a place that lots of people go to, so I wondered if they might want to hurry me out or just glance over things casually. But that wasn't the case at all. They explained everything well and even told me to ask anytime if I had more questions, which left a strong impression.
