Three years ago I had septal cartilage used for the tip of my nose, silicone for the bridge, and surgery for a deviated septum. I do have some regret that I should have made it 1 mm higher and kept it natural, but the director said 3 mm was appropriate for my face, so I’m satisfied now. If I had raised it more, my skin is thin, so the silicone would have been very obvious.
