Three years ago, I had septal cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the bridge, and surgery for a deviated septum. I do have some regret that I should have made it just 1 mm higher and had the surgery done more naturally, but the surgeon said 3 mm was the right amount for my face, so I am satisfied now. If I had raised it more, my skin is thin, so I think the silicone would have shown a lot.
