I visited 2 years ago, but the surgery plan fell through, so I had forgotten about it. This time, while planning surgery again, I visited for a consultation. During the consultation, they put my photo up on the monitor and asked me to draw with a marker how I wanted the surgery done, so it was nice that I could show the director the line I wanted in an intuitive way.
