My younger sibling had it done here and it turned out well, so I did it too. It was my fourth nose surgery, and they said silicone + autologous costal cartilage had been used during the last surgery, but when I had a CT scan, there was no silicone. The reason I had surgery again was because of a deviated nose + upturned nose, and originally I was only going to correct the crooked part with fat grafting, but they said it was a nose that needed revision surgery, so I ended up doing it. Overall, they are professional and everything is good, but the swelling is going down way too slowly. It is going down little by little, but I want it to go down quickly so I can have a slim, refined look. It doesn't look obviously operated on at all, and it's pretty, from the side profile. From the front, my nose still looks puffy.
