I went a long time ago, so I don’t know if it’s still the same consultation manager, but the manager was so bad that I didn’t have surgery at that hospital… The director was kind and gentle. But the consultation manager pressured surgery way too much and was rude while acting kind. When I said I had had nose surgery, they said, “But for a nose that’s had surgery, it looks a bit spread out,” and subtly included and recommended nose surgery too…
