It was a long time ago, so I do not know if it is the same manager now, but the manager was so bad that I did not have surgery at that hospital... The doctor was kind and gentle. But the manager was extremely pushy about surgery, and seemed kind but was rude. When I said I had had nose surgery, they subtly slipped in a recommendation for my nose too, saying that for a surgically altered nose, it seemed a bit widened lolololol I had not even gone there for a nose consultation, so it was unpleasant that they suddenly started evaluating my nose on their own, and since the manager who said those things also did not have a very good nose themselves, it made me even more annoyed~ And after I said I would think about it a bit more and ended the consultation, they kept contacting me so much afterward that it felt almost obsessive, and I thought I definitely should not go through with it. A philtrum reduction is a surgery that can leave scars, so the manager confidently insisting that there would absolutely be no scar also made me lose trust. And in the end, after n years, I am really glad I did not have surgery!! I think I would have regretted it if I had.
