I had a consultation for eye surgery and then had the surgery. It did turn out very natural, but that also means the effect isn't that big. During the surgery, the doctor said, "Oh, you have asymmetrical eyes," and then after it was over, one of my eyes ended up with the double eyelid line overlapping the original crease. It's not very noticeable, but it doesn't seem like they were operating while paying close attention.
