It's been 10 years since I had nose surgery. The director isn't the type to pursue anything excessive. That's good .... but after the first surgery (silicone + septum), the inflammation didn't go down....... so I guess it was because of the silicone I kept having a thick nose, and even the doctor said this probably wouldn't work, so right there and then they said we should cut it open again..... and then they asked if I'd eaten, and when I said I hadn't eaten much, they said then we could just do the surgery and suggested using donated rib cartilage, so I paid an extra million won and had revision surgery...
