I consulted for nasal tip cartilage tying, but they said the nose I want is absolutely impossible and that it has to be done with surgery no matter what. Nose surgery was 1.98 million + functional 550,000, and overall they were kind. The hospital is clean, but somehow it feels a bit old. While waiting, I saw older people also coming in for surgery, and the director also looked somewhat older.
