I consulted about tip cartilage binding, but they said there was absolutely no way to get the nose I wanted and that it had to be done with full surgery. Nose surgery was 198, functional surgery was 55, and overall they were kind. The hospital was clean, but it felt somehow old. While waiting, I saw older people coming in for surgery too, and the director also looked a bit older.
