I went ahead with the procedure because I had already paid a deposit due to sleep anesthesia. First of all, the consultation manager was very inflexible, and even though I hadn’t asked, they pushed additional procedures. I had caught a severe flu, so it seemed anesthesia would be impossible. After the weekend, I changed the appointment date right away on Monday, paid an additional deposit, and was told that it would be deducted together with the existing deposit when paying on the day of the procedure. But the consultation manager just said the deposit had expired because I didn’t change the date within 3 days. They say they sent the details by text, but that kind of text…
