Facial changes I felt after double-jaw surgery: pros and cons

I had my upper jaw set back and my lower jaw advanced because of a protruding mouth and a receding chin. I also had rotation done because of asymmetry. Leaving out the scar tissue inside the mouth and sensation, since those are still recovering, if I talk about the facial changes,, 1. Because the upper jaw was set back, my mouth went in, but my nasolabial folds became deeper. Before, when light hit my old face in a dark place, there was almost no shadow in the nasolabial folds, but now shadows form there. 2. Advancing the lower jaw improved my double chin and jowls, but my lips still do not close unless I put effort into them. When I close them with effort, slight cobblestone-like wrinkles appear on my chin. For this part, they said I need to wait while doing mouth exercises until the skin and muscles stretch, so I have to keep watching it. But with my old face, when I naturally parted my lips, my upper front teeth showed first; now my lower teeth show. As people age, things sag and the lower teeth show, but because of surgery, mine are already showing. After double-jaw surgery, my receding chin and protruding mouth improved, but aside from all the small drawbacks, the two issues above feel like the biggest downsides. I wonder if I did the upper jaw for nothing,, Sensation in the upper jaw also takes 1 year to return. It is more sensitive than the lower jaw, so be careful. After those two, there is also a change in nose shape, and it definitely changed, but it did not feel like a major issue, so I left it out. Because the nasal septum is damaged, they tie it with thread to prevent the nose from spreading. Even so, it changes slightly. With plastic surgery, if you gain something, you also lose something, so please keep that in mind.
