This is the clinic I chose after getting consultations at only two places when I was in high school. The first clinic I consulted at recommended everything, including epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, and incision. It felt more like they were stamping out the same eyes like a factory rather than considering eyes that suited me, and the price was burdensome for a student, so I ruled it out. The second clinic, I don’t know what the reviews are like now, but at the time it was famous for non-incisional double eyelid surgery. The wait was 1 hour and the consultation with the director was 5 minutes, but he strongly told me that if I got greedy it would turn into sausage eyes, and recommended a thin non-incisional double eyelid. He firmly said no to what wasn’t right, and the price was 600,000 won, which my mom, who was paying, allowed, so I chose that clinic.
As an 8-year review, the advantage and disadvantage is that it is ve~ry thin and natural. No one suspects I had surgery. About three of my friends had it done at this clinic, and they all ended up with the same eyes. Thin, natural inline double eyelids. My eyelids themselves are thin and I have almost no fat, so it hasn’t come undone and is still firm, with no marks even when I close my eyes. I’m neither that satisfied nor dissatisfied, but I don’t recommend it either. My friends who had non-incisional surgery mostly turned out well, but it seems they’re not good at incisional surgery; it looks too obvious. It shows well in selfies, but when I look at photos taken with the rear camera, it almost looks like hidden double eyelids, so I’m considering revision surgery. haha
